PCC from Uruguay

Dear Experts,

Request your help here. My wife was in Uruguay for 8 months for Work. She doesnt have cedula. Currently we are in Calgary Alberta. We have applied for paper based provincial nominee program. How to apply PCC certificate from here... Experts help and advise required here.

Hi! I am undergoing through the same situation. I have stayed in Uruguay for 2 years and I currently have the PCC which I got while returning from there. But it shows that it is valid only for 3 months. Could someone please let me know if this is a valid document? I have it dated until my whole stay in Uruguay. Also this is in spanish, please guide me on how to get it translated to English if it is needed.
