we have revived ITA but our pcc india document is still pending. I am currently in Winnipeg Canada and with current situation, how can I get my pcc done.
Bls- international website has mentioned call bls customers care and book appointment for postal service through Purolator.
But I was trying since a week no one is responding to that customer care number.
Can we directly send it to the Toronto consulate via postal???
And 2nd question
Can me and my spouse sent our documents in one envelope or need to do separately ??
