Pcc from saudi arabia for non residents

I used to live in saudi arabia and left it and eventhough that i know that pcc is not required for non citizens who reside outside saudi arabia i contacted a member here who said that he can help me get a pcc,i sent him my fingerprints on a pcc application from my homecountry and it was stamped by a no criminal record stamp,just wanted to make sure that this is the normal procedure for obtaining pcc for non residents and also where should i put the pcc?should i put it in the loe slot and write that it wasnt required from me to obtain one?

You dont need a PCC from Saudi Arabia, if you dont have a legal status now!

I took my fingerprints on a pcc application form from my country,sent it to a member here on the forums who said that he can help in obtaining pcc,he took it stamped it with a no criminal record stamp from saudi authorities then he sent it back to me through courier

Ok I will tell what I am confident of here:

1- Saudi authorities will never stamp anything wihout Iqama number "must be valid". You are saying that you dont have valid iqama, then I dont think its possible
2- If you have valid Iqama, you will need to go get your finger prints taken, assuming you are here in Canada for example, you need to notarize it, stamp from MOFA, then stamp it from the embassy of Saudi Arabia.

Authorities of Saudi Arabia will not stamp any document coming from outside the country, unless its been stamped by the embassy of that country.

I am not sure exactly when happened here, but what I know is this PCC "probably" not valid, and you wont need it anyways.

That is one country to obtain anything... Regardless , even if you are inside or outside the country. I was in KSA , but I mentioned in the LOE that KSA gives PCC only for residents based on the PCC related link provided in CIC. Vasta is the only workaround....

Means knowing someone and anyways thats what the member claimed and thats why i sent him to do it so my question is what i have legitmate or not and should i submit it since i paid a good amount of money or will it affect my application negatively?

It wont affect your application negatively. If you want to submit it you can go ahead and do so!

Well I am not sure about this part, but It was my decision I wouldn't include. If you want to include because of the effort/money you have spent on this, try to call the CIC and see what they say.

Although I am sure of their answer "If you are not sure of authenticity of the document, don't submit it"

Yes thats true thats why am trying to find anyone who obtained pcc after leaving saudi to doublecheck the legitmacy of what i have
