i have applied for fsw 2013 on june 13. i have lived in uk for 3 years and in qatar for 5 months and 26 days. i submitted pcc from UK. do i need to submit pcc from qatar. please advice.

Strictly speaking, no. However they have the right to request it as additional documentation later on in the application process if they wish to. Maybe it's worth getting anyway?
