I had to renew my husbands passport as it was expiring and now it has the British Columbia address that we are staying at present. I need the police clearance certificate from Mumbai to apply for the PR. My questions are:
1. Now that the passport has canadian address how should I proceed with the application process.
2. We plan to visit India in May 2022 so can we get it done while being in India or does he have to do it thru BLS international in Canada only. The reason for asking is the processing in India is faster than in Canada.
3. Should I be getting the PCC before putting in the PR application as I guess it's valid until 1 yr from the date of issue and with the present situations of Ukraine war and covid as well I am not sure if the processing might take time or there could be aby delay in getting the PCC.
