PCC from INDIA

Hello,

I have a question regarding PCC from India. I was born in 1990 and stayed in India until Aug'2014.
I came to USA for Masters and then traveled to India for a month during Aug'16 to Sep'16. Should I get my PCC until 2014 from the year I turned 18 or until 2016?
