Pcc from india while in canada

Friends can I get a pcc from india while staying in canada.Mt temporary resident visa us expired but I gave a valid work per put.The ottawa bls people want me to have it first and they cannot issue a pcc on work permit.can I ask my parents to go and apply for me.

Yes, they can apply. Following docs will be required:
1. copy of your passport
2. copy of 10th Certificate
3. Another ID, preferably Voter Card/Driver Licence

They will come to visit your house and some may or may not require your presence.

for BLS ottawa you only need passport and vaild work permit. send it along with you application.

No they ask for the TRV too for ottawa

I have the same problem. When I called the customer care of BIS, they told that valid work permit is enough along with passport.

Just call the BLS and confirm if you don't believe.

I did they just said no..if you apply from Toronto they do not need.Finally I called the Indian high commission for help.Let's see if they can do anything.I am planning to call india as well to see if they could help
