PCC from India:
I am a foreign National with OCI card from India. I left India in 2010 Sept. My parents continued to stay in India and I have visited them during Vacation.
My Malaysian Passport is valid for 5 yrs only.
My Passport from 2010-2015 is no longer available
My new passport is for 2015-2020.
I have calculated the number of days I have stayed in the last 8 years and it is 197 days.
101 days are from 2015-till (which is available in my new passport)
The police want me to produce the old passport to get the PCC for the days I have stayed in India during my vacation.
