PCC from India / Need your advice

Hello everyone,
Question :
Does anyone know a reliable agent in Mumbai to help me out to get a PCC ASAP.

The reason that I am asking.
My sister is a non Indian who lived in India over 6 months and she is not there any more she needs to get her PCC.
She didn't request her PCC from the Indian consulate of the country that she is living now as she believed that one of her friends can help her out to get it directly from police in India FASTER .( to my belife it was a huge mistake )
Recently her friend notified her that her PCC has been sent from Pune to Mumbai but the authorities in Mumbai are not willing to confirm the receipt of the PCC . Unfortunately she doesn't have enough time and she needs the PCC ASAP

I have heard that there are some agents in India that can speed up the processing time of the case and get the PCC in a short period of time.
Just wondering if it is true and if anyone of you guys know any agent .

Any idea /thought ?

in place of wasting time with agents, I recommend your sister
should go to consulate where she is living generally they issue
pcc for Indian with in week with very nominal charges.

Just a question , as my sister is not an Indian , can she still get PCC in one week?

I thought u r sister is indian, still you try once with consulate
generally it is easy to deal with embassy guys in place of dealing
directly with guys in india.
