PCC from Dubai while living in Saudi Arabia

Hi Friends,
I need to get PCC from Dubai while residing in KSA. I have gone trough forums and found some information but that is old (2010). Would like to know if someone has gone through the process recently.

where it is mentioned that my friend can do it on my behalf , so what document he would be needing in order to show he is my represntatie.

Secondly, A set of fingerprints certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the UAE Embassy

To get this set of finger prints certified, do I need any document? any letter from some authority? or embassy? or I just go to police station and it will be done there.

Please guide me.

Here is your quick guide to get this done.

1 - go to CID office in Saudi Arabia and get your original fingerprints (they have to be original. as in ink applied to your fingers and prints taken).
2 - stamp from Mofa Saudia and UAE Embassy in Saudi.
3 - send to your friend in Dubai (fastest way) and ask him to submit it to CID Dubai (address on their website).
4 - your friend can collect the PCC in 2-3 days.
