I applied for my PCC through BLS -Vancouver on 4th July 2022. It has been more than a week since BLS received the application, but there is still no update. The BLS website (https://www.blsindia-canada.com/vancouver-jurisdiction/track-application.php) states "No Records Found" when I try to track my application. The Indian embassy website (https://embassy.passportindia.gov.in/) says "Application has been submitted". I have raised a ticket in BLS and also tried calling customer service. But there has been absolutely no information. Has anybody been/is in the same situation? Any information on the expected timeline will be very helpful.
