PCC for USA Currently in India on vacation

Hi All,

I am working in USA, However i came to India on vacation for 6 weeks during which i got my ITA. So i am planning to apply PCC for USA through latest online format. But i have a query on how to send finger prints to FBI ? as i am currently in INDIA. Manually or Digital ? if someone knows the process and details please help
