PCC for PGP Application

Hello everyone, I got PCC request for my parents for pgp application today ,but did not get for my brother who’s dependant child of my parents, is that normal or what ?my brother done his medical exam and he is over 22 now but age lock in 20 years. ??
Please advise if anyone know what’s reason behind?

Age lock in is 21. How old was he when you submitted the PGP application?

When you submitted the complete application to IRCC after begin selected through the draw. How old was he then?

When we applied he was 21 when they received he was 23 ?

That's impossible.

The date you applied is not the date you submitted ITA. Again, the date you applied is the date on which IRCC received your complete application after you were selected out of the pool. That's when dependent age is locked in.

If he was 23 at the time you submitted your complete application to IRCC then he is no longer a dependent and won't be included in the application.

That’s by we confused he got his everything done like they ask for bio and medical stuff with an separate email request for him under his name but we got Pcc request only for parents?

If you included him as a dependent they will ask for those things. At this point they have probably realized he is too old to be classified as a dependent and have removed him.

Hello , Sorry to ask you again one more question if you have any idea regarding that we did not get any letter for refusal or denied for my brother (dependant) yet , do they send from ircc that he is no longer dependent or in application?
