PCC for ITA

Hi There I received an ITA in April and last date of application is March.
I have applied for a PCC from India and BLS told me it will take 2 more months .
Can i submit a BLS receipt with an explanation letter.

not sure if you can apply to BLS for the PCC, I think you can directly apply to Indian consulate. Thats in NYC, not sure about other regions.

they say 2 months, but it comes in a week.

However, if it is getitng late, you can submit with the receipt and copy of the application form. HTH
