PCC for individuals who do not have Residency Permit

Hello friends,

I need some advice. Can someone please share their experience if they were able to apply for PCC without having a Residency Permit?

My Current Scenario: I have travelled to Qatar extensively on visit visas, but each stay was not more than a month, however, I have accumulated more than 6 months of duration in Qatar with several trips.

If I read the instructions on how to get the PCC from Qatar, they ask for my residency permit, in my case, I was not on residency, hence do not have one.
