Hi,

Currently I am working in toronto on work permit and I worked in UK as well for 1 year.
Can someone please help me for below confusion?

1. Where can I apply for PCC in toronto as I have indian passport and what is the process?
2. Do I need to apply for PCC for UK as well if yes where I can apply in toronto and what is the process?

Appreciate if you can help in understanding above two questions.

1. You will need to apply at the Consulate General of India in Toronto. BLS is the company that handles all passport and PCC applications. Check http://www.blsindia-canada.com/pol_clr_cert.php for more details.
2. Yes, you will need a PCC from the UK. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/security/police-cert/europe/united-kingdom.asp
