As per BLS, to obtain PCC you need to fill two forms, 1. Application for Police clearance check and 2. Police Clearance Reference form.
I was living with my parents in an address when I left for Canada. My passport also has this same address.
I have been studying and working here for past 4 years and never went back to India since I left initially. During these 4 years, my parents have moved to 2 different addresses.
My questions are:
What do I enter in form 1, line 10. "Address in India".?
What do I enter in form 1, line 20?
What do I enter in form 2, period of stay?
