I am applying for Express entry and for that they ask for PCC of any country I live in more than 6 months in last 10 years. I lived in Malaysia for 11 months and 12 days . I have a doubt that I have to get PCC from Malaysia or not as Malaysian govt says anyone living in Malaysia for less than 1 yr is not eligible for PCC.
Kindly help me regarding that .
