PCC for before last 10 years?

Hi,
CIC only asks for PCC for the last 10 years or since 18th birthday, whichever is most recent. CIC says officers may ask for PCC for periods before that later on. I was wondering has anyone ever been asked for PCC for periods before the last 10 years? I have been searching and I couldn't find anything.

No they dont do that, unless you have stayed in that certain country for a long period of time but that is very far fetched i havent come across a case where they did that
