I am sponsoring my mother who is here on supervisa. She has to get police clearance certificate from all countries she had been in since she turned 18. She visited Ethiopia about 40 years ago and stayed there for about 4 years. She is an Indian citizen. I checked the CIC website about how to apply for Ethiopian PCC, and it does give you the address to apply but there is no mention of how much fees to pay and in what currency. We do not know any one in Ethiopia currently so applying from within the country is out of question.
Has any one been successful in applying for PCC from Ethiopia from other countries ? If so, can you please elaborate on the procedure and the fees to pay and how long does it take to get one ? Or has anyone ever been able to get exemption for this?
