If considering last 10 years rule of PCC, let's say start of last ten years starts from Jan 1, 2014 and I had been living in place ABC since Jan 1, 2012….so I should give PCC starting from Jan 1, 2014 till date…..or Jan 1, 2014 till date?...or I can start my PCC from ANY DATE that's before the start of 10 years?
the reason i ask this is that in one particular place i started living somewhere around 2008 but in PCC i showed the time period being started from December 1, 2013. i just did it because starting from Dec 1, 2013 covers the period of last ten years.
