PCC even before creating cic profile

Hi
I am waiting for my wes evaluation, My CRS score is 478. I have not created CIC profile yet. Till the time WES gets completed, shall I get my PCC done? For the last 2 years I am working in Kuwait, My home country is India. Please guide for PCC procedure and shall I start with PCC process now?

Do I need to provide a Police Certificate with my Application for Permanent Residence? No


Citizenship and Immigration Canada will send you a letter requesting a police certificate after you send your Application for Permanent Residence. You must bring that letter when you apply for a Police Certificate.

You should start with the pcc process now. Given your score you will get ITA for sure.

Should have clarified .. I was referring to Indian PCC as sometimes cases are referred back to India and cause delay.
