PCC: error in dates of stay.. URGENT help please!

Hello members,

I need an expert advice on one issue :

I just received my PCC from my previous country of residence where I had stayed from Jun/1999 to 21/Dec/2012.
Now on the PCC, they by mistake printed To-Date as 31/Dec/2012.

My passport stamps have an exit stamp as of 21st Dec and this is what I have put in my personal history as well.
Now will this date error on PCC be a big issue?
Should I just use it as is and provide an LOE or should I get a new one? (that will further delay my application and I am running out of time n my work permit).

An expert advice will be really appreciated.

It's better it's covering more time rather than less time in the country.

If you want to get a new one go for it, but as this covers the required time I think it would be suitable to submit with a mention of the discrepancy in your loe.
