This is just a helpful tip for ppl who want PCC from Dubai.
I used to live in the UAE and now not anymore. Ofcourse we have to issue a PCC. So, on Dubai police website they tell you that since you are overseas you have to do the finger prints from local police, then go the UAE embassy and then send it to Dubai police. GOOD NEWS is you dont have to do that.
After I went through this process and paid money and came myself to the Emirates, the police man downloaded the Dubai police app on my fone and applied as if i am INLAND. All you need is your Emirates ID number and even the picture you can take it as a selfie. In 3 days you will receive it by email. They DO NOT issue a paper copy. Only soft copy with guidance to any authority how to verify that this is true. Also he said, you can drive by and we stamp on it.
So just apply as if you are INLAND because anyways they have your finger prints and they will only send it to your email
