I need clarification about the duration from May 2014 to Aug 2014

Do I need to include May 2014 - Aug 2014 time period in Pakistan PCC or US PCC? During that time I was residing in the US and visited Pakistan on Vacation for 4 months

TimeLine:

Birth - Oct 2012 (Lived in Pakistan)
May 2014 - Aug 2014 - Visited Pakistan for Vacation (Resided in the US from OCT 2012-Oct 2016, ) ?????
Oct 2016 - Till Now (Living in Pakistan)

It appears that PCC is one of the leading reason for rejection that is why I want to cover all the bases, so there is no chance left for any mistake

PCC is asked by IRCC for any place where you have lived for more than Six months. Since during that period you were in your home country, you will need PCC from there. US PCC does not have a duration so it covers all your stay.

I understand US PCC does not have a duration. However, the PCC I got in Pakistan states the duration from Brith to Oct 2012 and OCT 2016 -Up till now.
Since I did not spend 6 months during my visit to Pakistan (May 2014 - Aug 2014) that means I do not need to mention that period in my Pakistan PCC?

Hope this helps. You should have PCC for the whole duration of your stay from the country where you lived.
