PCC doubt

Hello all,

I am planning to send my PR app in next 2 weeks and I have got PCC from India but not from Canada yet. I contacted Police department and they said it will take upto 6 weeks to get this letter. As i am planning to send my app in next weeks, so my question is do i have to send Canada security clearance with the application, is it mandatory? or can i send later on?

Police certificates

"These documents are to be provided for each country other than Canada,"

In other words, Canadian PCC is not required.
