I talked to BLS about documentation required for PCC from Ottawa in India.
They said, they don't need any ORIGINALS and only self-attested photocopy of student permit and passport.
But their lethargic site says original and photocopy.
Has anyone filed for PCC recently? Could you tell me what documents did you send?
