PCC & DOB Certificate Help Required

All, I sew some posts regards to PCC and DOB Certificate requirement from CIC on this forum before creating this new post with my question.

PCC Question:
- Have been in Australia way back in 2002 for more than year, while I'm in Canada what is the best procedure to get it? Do I really need to get PCC for Australia and submit?
- I'm going back to India (my home country), in next 2-3 months, shall I get Australia PCC from India or apply while I'm in India?

DOB Question:
- I believe Secondary school certificate which shows my DOB and my Parent name would be enough for CIC, or do I need to submit affidavit along with it as well?
- And in case I need to submit Affidavit shall I get from India or from Canada?

Any help will be greatly appreciated!!!

- And in case I need to submit Affidavit shall I get from India or from Canada?

You need the Australian PCC and yes you can apply for it from India.
