PCC - Delaware State

Hi

I recently moved from DE to PA.
Would like to know how to go about the PCC for DE (from PA). PA PCC not required (less than 6 months)

Any help ?

Hi All,

I was in USA thrice
Once on business Visa for three months in IL state in Sep 2004
second time for 7 months on L1 visa in IL State in Apr 2006
Third on business visa for 1.5 month in NJ state in Oct 2010

1) Do i need to get PCC for all three journey? I believe I need to get only when I stayed for more than six months?

2 )Do I need to get FBI PCC & State PCC both or just one.

3) How and where to apply for it ?

Most Probably you may need FBI fingerprint, apply by filling out FBI form and get fingerprint with professional on FD-258 card. If CIC requires states cleareance they will notify you during their process.

Thanks..
Another query. I do not have surname in passport. While filling I783 form. What to fill in "Surname field" as this is mandatory field.

Should I leave it blank or put my first name in Surname field

and NA or FNU in First Name field.
