PCC Current Country Eligiblity- Validity- Scenarios

I have PCC for my current country of residence which is 3.5 months old, after taking out my PCC "I have gone out of my country for 3month vacation and returned back to my country of residence," In this case is my PCC still valid?

If I took exit and re-entered my country of residence, Do I need a new PCC?

That PCC is valid. It will stay valid till 6 months from the date of issue.
