PCC certificate application from BLS ottawa

Hello I am applying for a Police Clearance Certificate using BLS Ottawa,

I had the following questions regarding the same:

1. How do you create a Demand draft from RBC bank? I plan on doing a postal application.
2. Whats the total amount for the demand draft? The link here suggests $41.40, but I am not sure if thats the right amount or is there some other amount that I am missing .
3. During filling the application here , while my address on my passport is still valid, currently no one is staying there, as my parents are out of the country visiting relatives. In that case, can i give the name and address of a friend /relative who lives a little far away but can vouch for my residence in that address when i used to live when i was in India?

Any advice on the above questions is hugely appreciated

1. I went to my Scotia Bank and directly asked them for a Bank Draft or Demand Draft in the name of BLS International. I find this is easier as you're gonna get it right away rather than using the postal service.
2. The total amount is correct i.e., $41.40.
3. I believe you can your relatives information because when the police verification starts, police may inquire about you from your relatives. But I would say, in this case, call BLS Customer Service center and explain the situation. They would be able to answer you on this.
