PCC- BLS Vancouver

Its been over 25 days I submitted my PCC application to BLS vancouver through post. Its keep on saying processing with Consulate. My parents visited local police stations in my hometown, no-one has ever received any file for processing? How can I followup with them? And How will I know which Police station has it? I am running out of time.

Hi, Anybody can help to get the phone number to reach out Indian consulate in Vancouver. The official number provided is just automated and no one is answering the emails? I am staying in Rural area so cant go in-person. I am in urgent need of my PCC. Its clear and ready to issue from 2 weeks but nothing happening.
