Can anyone conform BLS PCC application by mail requirements ?
1)PCC Application form
2)2 Copies of personal particular forms
3)Original passport
4)work permit original or notarized copies (confused if it is necessary to notarize)
5)4 photos 35*35 (Do i need to paste it on the from or leave it in package?)
6)Reference form ?? (it shows in requirement tab on their website but not in the checklist for Vancouver)
7)Fees
