Timeline:
My upfront medical examination was done in Nov 2022 in India for a PR application. Post that I came to Canada on 1st Feb 2023.
My wife and daughter had their upfront medical examination done in Nov 2022 and April 2023 in India. Post that they to Canada on July 2023.
My Indian Police Clearance certificate was done around the end of Feb 2023 while I was in Canada using BLS.
My wife did her Indian PCC in March 2023 while she was back home. She came to Canada in July 2023.
Our PR was rejected.
We received another ITA 10 days ago.
1) Do we need to have the medical examination done again?
2) Do we need to have PCC done again?
