Hi everyone,
In addition to my employment reference letters, I have been told by some friends that I also need payslips and income tax returns from all years of work experience that I am claiming, to upload when I apply for Permanent Residency through EE. Is this true?

Thanks!

If the work experience is in Canada, proof should include copies of T4 tax information slips and notices of assessment (NOA) issued by the Canada Revenue Agency (the time period for these documents should reflect the work experience timeframe.

Fully agreed. So if you are only claiming foreign experience, then your employment letters will be enough.

That's what i provided for my Canadian experience. I didnt upload any pay slips because it will just be too many. And on IRCC website, it states that for Canadian experience, proof of employment can also include T4 and NOA (doesn't mention specifically for pay slips so I didnt bother)

Hello sir, for the T4 and notice of assessment, it is only available for the "Jan - December" period of last year. And if I have one full year experience in May 2016, I won't have the notice of assessment from "Jan - May" of 2016, right (only have Jan - Dec of 2015)?

So will this be a problem? Because it didn't show a one year experience in the T4 or notice of assessment?

Thank you very much.
