I submited myself to program of immigration to Quebec on June 13, 2016 with the individual reference number: 3000.... and the application number: D000000.... and the full name Bita Russelli.
And I made the payment on June 15, 2016.
By a company that makes this type of credit card payments because as you know better than we Iran is under sanction and Iranians are deprived of being provided with credit card. And right after I did, I got the transaction receipt.
Unfortunately, after I spent almost ten months after my file opened on April 5, 2017, I was sent an email in which it was announced that my file was closed due to lack of payment.
Despite all this, I am ready to pay again because this record is very important to me and I would like to keep it at any price.
can you help me?
