I want to apply from Pakistan in the scheme of Federal Skilled Worker. Everything is complete.

I've spoken to my bank about paying fee. The card I have is a Master Card and the bank says it cannot be used to make payments internationally. The only option left is paying by Bank Order. They say that they can make me a bank order but it will be only in PKR.

Is getting a Bank Order in Pakistani Rupee OK? Or it must be in Canadian Dollar?

1. Find another bank , must be in Canadian $ http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/fees/result.asp?lob=fsw&cat=perm

It must be in Canadian Dollars.
Moreover, do not use credit card as it is risky with our banks.
I made my DD from Standard Chartered but they need you to have a USD account for that.
If you dont have a USD acccount, I have heard that there are money changers who take some charges but can get you DD made.
