Payment of Fees by sponsor or spouse

I am a canadian PR and I am sponsoring my husband from US. We made the online payment today of $1040 including the $75 sponsor fees, $475 principal applicant and $490 right of PR fees. However, we made the payment by his credit card (the principal applicant). Now on the printed form that we got, do we write my name or his under the payers information ?
