Payment Method for OINP

Hi Guys,

So OINP requires a bank draft, money order etc... in CANADIAN DOLLARS.

My banks are insisting they can only give such in USD or GBP, and i have checked more that one bank. It seems like a limitation/regulation over here

Has anyone gotten around this? What alternative is there

Try getting a FDD from Western Union ... They issue in Canadian Dollars !

No. Anyone can get it made for you.
All you need to take care is that this draft is made on the name of ontario miniter of finance.

Has anyone paid through Western Union yet, was the application accepted? My banks do not issue bank drafts in foreign currency. Please help it's urgent.

I have the same limitation in my country (Egypt) and more over Western union told me it's not possible either.
What to do in such cases!

Get someone to do the draft for you. A close person in another country
