Payment for CEC Express entry application

Hi All,

I was wondering if both the main applicant and the spouse are required to pay for express entry application. My wife is the main applicant and I'm currently on a study permit.

Do we pay for two people or it's better for me to stick to study permit and then apply as dependant after she gets her PR.
