Payment Failure

Hi,
I was trying to make payment however the transaction got declined and the status now is 'processing payment' for over an hour now.

how long does it stay like that, i need to make payment

It takes 2 hours for the website to clear the cache. Try after 2 hours of failed payment. It should be fine.

Call your bank and check if the money has left the account. if not wait for sometime and try again.

Thanks guys, it was cleared after few hours. I was able to make the payment from my husbands card.

But the issue now is I have not received the payment receipt yet. Is this normal. Does it take time to generate the receipt?

Also, I realised a typo in the application with respect to a date entered. Do I need to raise a CSE for the same.
