When trying to pay my application fees online(living in Texas), every time I hit submit I get a receipt saying: "Payment Failed. The payment could not be processed: Transaction unsuccessful"

I am using my US Visa Debit Card

Did anyone else have this problem? Is there a number I can call to talk to someone about this?
 
You can only pay online if you are in Canada. But I can be wrong so search on cic website to be sure.

Thanks for your response - I got it worked out, I suppose it was a glitch or something.

That's not correct, I paid online from UK.

I assume you are selecting Mississauga as the office and you are trying to pay the application fee? Make sure you are selecting Mississauga if it is OUT SIDE Canada application.
 
Try a credit card, I'm not sure if debit cards are supported?
