Paying the fees

Hello everyone,

I'm trying to understand which fees I'm supposed to pay. I will be sponsoring my wife. We both live abroad. We have children, but they're already citizens. This is what I understand I need to pay:

sponsorship application : $75
principal applicant: $475
RPRF: $490

total: CAD$1040

Is that correct?

Also, is it okay to submit the application a month or two after the payment is made?
