Paying for processing fee with someone else's credit card

Dear all,

I am ready to submit my documents however, i don't have a credit card. And my debit card limit is not as much to pay for processing fee. I went to the bank but they say it will take lot of days to issue a credit card or increase limit on existing debit card.

I was wondering if I could pay with my relative or friend's credit card?

. A bit irrelevant question though but I would like to know if I should mention that I did not mentioned my spouse's work history as I am not claiming points for it. It is written in just personal history section. Shall I mention that in my LOE?

LOE isn't required - CIC doesn't care who pays for the application.

Again, LOE not required. CIC doesn't care about sections of the application which do not add to your CRS.
