how can we pay fees here in canada to sponsore wife
is there any form we must fille and how to get it
i pay in a bank

I would recommend paying online, it's the fastest option.

But if for whatever reason you're set on paying in a bank: you need to order a receipt of payment.
The link to the order form is at the very bottom of this page:

It will take up to 2 weeks for them to deliver it to you.

Hi.

I understand this is an older post. But I thought I will ask in this post instead of starting a new post. I am planning to pay fees at a bank and also have the form that I requested from the cic.

Can someone please tell me which bank to pay the fees. I am sponsoring my wife and 3 months old daughter.
