Regarding paying online should a person pay today online and submit form tomorrow will that be okay ?

And also for sending all of the documents should the person staple the form or just keep it like that

Also should the person write a cover letter ?

Yes, you can pay online and submit form tomorrow.

I used a paper clip to hold all the forms. don't staple anything. put photos in small envelope.

You can use a cover letter to explain something if you want.

-paying online today and submit tomorr is ok once the fee don't increase the next day - smile..
- no staple, paper clip them in order
- no cover letter, the checklist is the cover letter that you must attached
