Paying Fees for Ontario PNP

I've received my Ontario PNP invitation to apply through the Express portal, i've prepare everything needed except for one thing - the payment

I have to pay through either:
- Money Order
- Cashier / Certified Check
- Postal Money Order
- Bank Draft


frankly I have no clue what the above is, I asked my bank also they don't do any of this. I live in UAE

can anyone advise?

Hi even I live in U.A.E you can make bank draft in Canadian dollars. I checked with Emirates NBD and they charge AED 30.

Also I wanted to ask you. How did you make true copies of your academic records. while filling the form its been asked to submit that. My bachelor degree is from India and Masters from UK.

I just asked my university to stamp take a copy of my degree, stamp the "True Copy" stamp and their own stamp to show its authentic
