Hi guys, I paid the fees online and I only got one page? I read the guide and cic said that I need to out payer's information but I cant see it in the receipt? is that normal?
It's been awhile, but...I think you just need to write the information (name, UCI number, etc.) of the person that actually made the payment. You should also add the name and date of birth of the applicant.
On my receipt it printed the payer's name, but I had to hand write in the address & phone number.
I also had to fill out my (applicant) birthdate and my UCI#. I had a UCI# from a previous extension approval. Some applicant's won't have a UCI, so not sure if you just leave it blank.
I am wondering if other people's receipts look different or if they are the same.
