I need to upload my pay stabs on to my cic account, to prove my work experience. Do i need them to be translated to English?

Translated in English yes - You need to get it translated from a an authorized/certified translator which CIC would accept.

how do i know he is certified by cic?

and how many pay stubs should i show? the last one, 2, 3, or is there some other rule?

Check the above link, well the general rule of thumb is 6 months. 3 moths would suffice but if you can have 6 months of pay stub history then you are absolutely safe.

Hi, I used to receive pay stubs every week as my employer paid weekly, that means there will be 24 pay stubs for 6 months. should I upload them all?

What about somebody who wants to prove 10 years of work experience, a pay stub a month, would they need to translate and upload 120 pay slips??

No need for all pay stubs in that case, you can upload the last 6 payslips for every job you had for the last 10 years.

Usually, agents recommend to upload one per quarter + 1st month and last month.

I would always put yourself in a position of VPO - evidence is good, but not too much of the same, repeated stuff.
