For OINP- Human Capital Priorities Stream- FSW Application filing after NOI

Would a 2-3 month pay stub be sufficient for our previous work experience, or is it required to present them for the complete period?

Also, Are a few months gap between jobs permissible after working a full year in the principal NOC code occupation?
